A SURE SHOT CASE AGINST
Actual Case
In A Nutshell

Michael Van Schaick, 47, of Miami, Florida, figured out how to use the Google AdWords and Google AdSense "Revenue Sharing" Programs, all within the scope and confines of Google's own Policies and Terms of Use, to the extent that he was able to generate substantial and ever-increasing AdSense revenues for his family, business associates, and self.  Google did not want to pay out the money they legitimately and rightfully earned.  So Google confiscated - STOLE - their AdSense revenues and Disabled all of their AdSense accounts on the same day without notice, without warning, without reason, and without giving them a fair opportunity to fix any alleged problem so that Google could avoid making further payments to them.  Google STOLE their money and WRONGFULLY put them out of business.

In April, 2012, their websites earned $6,333.12 in AdSense revenue and Google properly paid them their earnings.  Google deposited that money into their bank account(s).

In May, 2012, the SAME websites earned $12,038.87 in AdSense revenue and Google properly paid them their earnings.  Google deposited that money into their bank account(s).

In June, 2012, the SAME websites earned $14,439.67 in AdSense revenue and Google properly paid them their earnings.  Google deposited that money into their bank account(s).

In July, 2012, the SAME websites earned $19,347.79 in AdSense revenue.  But Google did NOT pay them their earnings.  Google confiscated - STOLE - that money.  Even though Google disabled their AdSense accounts on August 14, 2012, they refused to pay them the AdSense revenues they legitimately and rightfully earned in July, 2012.

During the first two weeks of August, 2012, the SAME websites earned $10,500.00.  Google disabled their AdSense accounts on August 14, 2012.  And Google STOLE that money too.

Significantly, all of the AdWords accounts marketing their websites from April through August, 2012, were all determined by "Google Specialists" to be "COMPLIANT."  They were ALL still in "Eligible" and "Approved" status in September, 2012.  Google literally STOLE the AdSense revenues they earned in July and August, 2012.

Google confiscated - STOLE - $29,800.00 in AdSense revenues that they legitimately and rightfully earned during July and August, 2012, and lured them out of $8,000.00 in marketing their "Compliant" websites stealing $38,000.00.  And Google wrongfully disabled their AdSense accounts.  In so doing Google robbed them of their potential future earnings as well.

The Bottom Line

When "Google Specialists" determine websites that have AdSense ads on them to be "COMPLIANT" so they can lure people in and continue taking their money to market their websites... then Google allows their websites to run as "COMPLIANT" for several months giving a "false" sense of comfort, ease, security, and confidence to the investors so they will continue investing more of their hard-earned money into marketing them... then after a few months Google abruptly Disables the AdSense accounts associated with their websites without notice, without warning, and without giving the AdSense account holders a fair opportunity to fix whatever alleged problem may exist... all so that Google doesn't have to pay out revenues earned by the AdSense account holders…

That is: Fraud, Deception, Manipulation, Anti-Business Practice, and Theft (Grand Larceny) - - That Is A SCAM!!!

My Basic Story

Google provides a service called: "AdWords."  It lets people create ad campaigns to market their businesses, products, services, and websites.  I began using Google AdWords in 2006 to promote a children's music book I wrote.  I gradually began using AdWords more and more over time to promote other websites that I built for my family, friends, business associates, clients, and me.  Websites like: GrandStaffMusic.com, MusicalCartoons.com, and MusicBooksForKids.com (to promote my music books); ManualidadesDeMonica.com (to promote my wife's art and crafts classes); MikeSingerMusic.com (to promote my music and guitar lessons); BigCypressTours.com (to promote my dad's everglades tours); MiamiLandscapePlan.com (to promote my friend's landscape business); MiamiArtAndMusic.com (to promote a store my wife and I owned); BeachWearBabes.com and WomenAtTheBeach.com (to promote and sell imported Brazilian bikinis and fitness products); and several other websites that I published.

Google also promotes a "money-making" or "revenue-generating" scheme (SCAM) called: "AdSense."  People can "make money" or "earn revenue" by placing special codes on their website(s).  Google uses those codes to run ads from other companies, businesses, products, and services on other people's website(s).  When a person visiting a website that has AdSense code on it clicks on one of the ads generated by that code they get taken to the website of another company, business, product, or service.  That other company, business, product, or service pays Google for getting the additional traffic.  And Google shares that money with the website publisher who placed the AdSense code on their website.  Hence, it is called the Google AdSense "Revenue Sharing" Program.

After being enticed by the notion of earning more money I created an AdSense account for my wife (beachwearbabes@gmail.com) and me (mikesingermusic@gmail.com) in January, 2010.  I placed AdSense code on several websites that I already had.  It was all approved by Google.  I created another AdSense account for my son (info@aquaticbabes.com) in July, 2012, which was also "reviewed" and "approved" by Google.  I placed multiple AdSense codes on numerous websites that were all approved by Google.

I was optimistically excited to see ads on the internet from a multi-billion dollar company like Google that said things like: "Make Money With AdSense" and "Increase Your Earnings With Strategic Placement Of Ads On Your Websites."  At one point I even received an email directly from AdSense telling me: "You can increase your revenues by adding up to 41 more ads on your website!"  That was regarding my website, womenatthebeach.com, which only had 1 or 2 ads on each of its 26 pages.  Most of my other websites had 3 ads on every page, per Google AdSense Policy.  So I figured I was just being encouraged to maximize my earnings potential on my website that only had 1 or 2 ads on every page.  Hence, I added more AdSense code to that website.  I also implemented advice that was given to me directly by Google to use the following "Recommended" ads: Leaderboard, Wide Skyscraper, and Large Rectangle.  I began using only those "Recommended" ads from then on.  I was excited about the prospect of earning an income through Google AdSense.

Significantly, the two AdSense accounts I created, one for my wife (beachwearbabes.com) and one for me (mikesingermusic.com), were NEVER suspended for ANY alleged policy violations at ANY time - - EVER.  In fact, they were fully operational for more than 2 ½ years without ever being disabled, suspended, or violated.  And this was while having AdSense code on all of the many websites I had constructed and published. It was only AFTER we began earning substantial and ever-increasing AdSense revenues that our AdSense accounts were abruptly disabled.

There are a variety of resources on the internet, including Google's own resources, that provide "tips" on how to "increase revenues" with Google AdSense.  That influenced and motivated me to "increase" my own AdSense revenues.  And I did it all within the scope and confines of Google's own Policies and Terms of Use.  In an honest effort to earn AdSense revenues I began tweaking my websites and building more of them.  I point out my "HONEST" effort because there are in fact a variety of things Google says you cannot do.  And I have NEVER done ANY of them.  There are supposedly many people who "play the system."  There are people who use robots and various fabricated ways of trying to cheat the system in order to increase their AdSense revenues.  I have NEVER done ANY of that.  I just used my own creativity, cleverness, and strategic building of websites.

All of the websites I built were built to promote businesses, ideas, encouragement, tips, and products.  All of them are legitimate online internet business efforts.  In short: I built websites to promote businesses, philosophies and ideas, and sell products.  And I placed Google AdSense code on all of the websites I published consistent with Google AdSense Policy.

My case culminated in 2012 after we began earning substantial and ever-increasing AdSense revenues.  Google deposited into our bank account(s): $6,333.00 earned in April; $12,000.00 earned in May; and $14,000.00 earned in June.  When we earned $19,347.00 in July and $10,500.00 during the first two weeks of August Google disabled our AdSense accounts.  They didn't suspend the AdWords accounts that were marketing our websites because they were all determined by "Google Specialists" to be "COMPLIANT."  I developed the ability to build websites in a manner that is consistent with Google's own example of an "Acceptable" website.  So they shut down our AdSense accounts to prevent us from earning substantial and ever-increasing AdSense revenues.  That is not only a Unilateral Act of Anti-Business Oppression, it is: Fraud, Deception, Manipulation, and Theft.  Due to the large amount of money Google STOLE it is: Grand Larceny.

Even though Google suspended our AdSense accounts in the middle of August they refused to pay us the $19,347.00 in AdSense revenues that we legitimately and rightfully earned in July.  If Google determined the AdSense accounts to be in some sort of alleged violation in the middle of August, August 14th to be exact, how is it that they can think to confiscate (steal) the money we earned in July one month earlier?  Furthermore, they disabled all of our AdSense accounts without warning, without notice, without reason, without any communication whatsoever, and without giving us a fair opportunity to fix whatever any alleged problem might be.  They never even told us what the alleged problem was.  They failed to properly communicate with us.  They simply hid behind computer generated Auto-Reply emails and never addressed ANY of our issues or concerns.  Google refused to pay us the $19,347.00 we earned in July.  And they suspended our AdSense accounts in August, refusing to pay us more than 10,500.00 that we earned during that month as well.  They have caused ongoing losses for my family and me of more than $500.00 per day well into the foreseeable future.  At last count, during the first two weeks of August, we were personally earning more than $500.00 per day.  And that was AFTER regaining all of the money that we had invested into marketing our websites with AdWords.  The emotional and psychological stress, depression, and pain have been equally devastating.

All of the websites that earned AdSense revenues for us from April through August, 2012, were determined by "Google Specialists" to be "COMPLIANT."  In fact, all of them are still "COMPLIANT."  As of September, 2012, more than one month after Google disabled our AdSense accounts for BOGUS claims of Policy Violations all of the AdWords campaigns we created to market our websites were in "Eligible" and "Approved" status.  All of our websites were determined to be compliant because they all contain: substantial, unique, original, and relevant content in relation to their domain name(s), browser titles, keywords, and meta tags; value in the form of philosophical ideas, motivational thinking, health tips, healthy recipes, and encouragement in the areas of healthy living and active lifestyles; and the prospective owners of the websites are seeking to make money from the sales of product(s) placed on their websites.

The amount of success we achieved was not because of any violations.  It was because I employed smart, clever, and legitimate strategies.  I used the Google Keyword Tool to determine high value targets.  I applied domain names, browser titles, meta tags, keywords, and content to those high value targets.  I tactfully and strategically designed websites in a manner to maximize my AdSense revenues.  And I did all of this within the scope and confines of Google's Policies and Terms of Use.  I worked with very good and legitimate search words and phrases for websites I published that are strategically designed to sell sexy Brazilian bikinis and fitness products, as well as to promote healthy living and active lifestyles in the areas of: Aquatics (boating, fishing, diving, swimming); Health and Fitness (running, swimming, biking, diet, exercise); Outdoors (hiking, hunting, camping); Beauty Products (skin care, hair care); and Philosophies (connecting all of these things together).  Our websites are legitimized and justified by our efforts to sell products on them.  And they are legitimized and justified by our desire and efforts to convey philosophies and ideas (Freedom Of Expression).  Philosophy is a signifcant aspect of my business model.  Philosophies offer alternative views for people to contemplate that may help them shape their own lives.  There are millions of people in the world who are starving for alternative points of view on various issues.  And there are millions of people in the world who are looking for positive resources to give them encouragement, motivation, and inspiration.  I am a health conscious person.  And I was an ocean lifeguard, rescue diver, and triathlete for five years.  So I often write about those topics to encourage, motivate, and inspire others.  As a result of my creative online entrepreneurial business efforts another reality was ever-present on our websites that more than legitimizes and justifies our use of Google AdSense and our websites in general:

I have seen AdSense ads within my websites that said: "Become A Lifeguard!"  That is proof that my websites and AdSense ads were working in harmony with one another.

I have seen AdSense ads within my websites that were selling bikinis.  That is proof that my websites and AdSense ads were working in harmony with one another.

I have seen AdSense ads on my websites that were selling Outdoor Gear.  That is proof that my websites and AdSense ads were working in harmony with one another.

I have seen AdSense ads within my websites that were selling Beauty Products and Makeup.  That is proof that my websites and AdSense ads were working in harmony with one another.

I have seen AdSense ads within my websites that were selling Water.  That is proof that my websites and AdSense ads were working in harmony with one another.

I have seen AdSense ads within my websites that were selling Nutritional Products.  That is proof that my websites and AdSense ads were working in harmony with one another.

I have seen AdSense ads within my websites that were promoting Dating Services.  That is proof that my websites and AdSense ads were working in harmony with one another.

I created multiple websites to promote businesses, ideas, opinions, and philosophies, as well as to sell products.  Google knowingly and properly permitted me to place AdSense ads on my websites.  My websites and Google AdSense ads were working in perfect harmony with one another, doing what they are supposed to do, resulting in various ads for other companies, businesses, products, and services to appear on my websites and being clicked on by interested persons.  That resulted in me justly, rightfully, and properly earning AdSense revenues.  My formula is highly profitable.  So Google wrongfully took it away from us.  According to the opinions of many it is because they don't like the fact that someone created a profitable formula that resulted in ever-increasing payouts that are most likely far beyond the norm of what they ever expected or desire to have to pay out to AdSense users.

Google penalized me for my success.  They disabled my successful and profitable system without notice, without warning, without providing any reason, and without giving me an opportunity to fix whatever the alleged problem was.  They didn't tell me what, if any, problem there was.  They failed to communicate with me on a professional and clear level.  And they confiscated all of our earnings for the month of July and August, 2012, amounting to more than $29,800.00.  The money we earned in July and August, 2012, which Google confiscated - STOLE - from us, was legitimately, justly, and rightfully earned.  Our present and future earnings, which would amount to hundreds of thousands of dollars over just the next couple of years, has also been wrongfully stolen from us by Google.
